Pointe Coupee Parish Public Schools Announces Intent to Apply for Grant
The Pointe Coupee Parish Public School System is announcing its intent to apply for the 21st Century Community Learning Center (21st CCLC) Grant for all of its schools. The purpose of the grant is to provide funding to create community learning centers that will implement both academic, enrichment, and STEM activities for its students. The period of the contract for this grant is scheduled to begin September 1, 2016 through August 30, 2019. The Louisiana Department of Education has the right to contract with Pointe Coupee Parish Schools for up to three (3) years upon approval.
