Parents of kindergarten, first, and second grade students at Upper Pointe Coupee Elementary participated in their first #BulldogsInBooks Workshop for the 2019-2020 school year. Parents were given the opportunity to observe and participate in reading activities their children experience each day. The students showed their parents how they follow procedures during various components of the framework in their ARC Core lessons.
Everyone agreed that the #BulldogsInBooks Workshop was a great way for parents and children to become learning partners in reading. This informative workshop was a positive experience for parents and students and we are looking forward to meeting again next month!
