This is the final reminder for Senior Walk. Please read carefully. Senior Walk is tomorrow, Monday, May 13th. Seniors are still students of the Pointe Coupee Parish School District and all rules, policies and procedures apply and shall be enforced. LHS Seniors will meet at LHS at 7:35 AM. STEM Seniors will meet at STEM at 7:00 AM. All Seniors must follow the dress code. Seniors must be dressed in cap and gown. Seniors will walk through all the schools in Pointe Coupee Parish. Seniors must arrive on time, or the bus will leave without you. You can wear, and you are encouraged to wear, comfortable shoes because there will be a lot of walking. Everyone is required to wear shoes the entire time so please be sure the shoes you wear are comfortable because there will be a lot of walking. The bus will depart on time. Make certain you are on time. To participate you must ride the bus with all the other students who are graduating. MARK YOUR CALENDARS! We will be having a Moving On Ceremony on Sunday, May 19th at 3pm for our 8th Grade Class of 2024! We will be sending the 8th grade students home with additional information in the next few days. We are providing students with several printed invitations to give to family and friends and graduation caps and tassels for the students to wear during the program. We’re looking forward to celebrating this major milestone with everyone!

Livonia High School is celebrating Black History Month. Black History Month is an annual observance originating in the United States, where it is also known as African-American History Month. It has received official recognition from governments in the United States and Canada, and more recently has been observed in Ireland, and the United Kingdom.

Every year on January 24th, the International Day of Education celebrates the role of education in global peace and sustainable development.

Early Childhood Registration will be held on Jan 26-27 at the Scott Civic Center from 9-2. Please see the flyer and bring all necessary documentation.
Pointe Coupee Pairsh Schools will resume classes tomorrow, Thursday, January 18, 2024. Buses will run and all schools will be open at regularly scheduled times.
